Les Charmes and Les Glycines are ideal locations for a peaceful vacation. They are situated on a very quiet country road between Sérignac-Péboudou and Lauzun, just 10km south west of Castillonnès. Each one has a private entrance with its own parking. Each sleeps four and is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, built-in oven & extractor, fridge-freezer, barbecue, CD player and everything you will need for a comfortable, relaxing holiday. Both gites have access to a luxurious 14x6m swimming pool which is in the sun all day.

 

Les Charmes

 

This property has been converted from a stone barn adjoining the owners' home.

It sleeps 4, with two bedrooms: a double bedroom on the ground floor, which has direct access to the terrace. A lovely elm staircase leads you to a bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom.

The well equipped kitchen, has a built-in oven, electric hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The spacious lounge and dining area has a feature stone fireplace and large picture window. This looks south over the large barbecue terrace towards the swimming pool. Les Charmes is equipped with central heating for out of season breaks.

 

Les Glycines

Les Glycines is a detached cottage with its own garden area.

There is an extremely comfortable and attractive living room with a wood burning stove. French doors lead onto a private terrace with large covered veranda and barbecue.

 

An archway leads to the well-equipped kitchen/dining room with built-in oven, gas hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

 

From here, a lobby leads to a spacious double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a tiled bathroom with bath and shower cubicle, basin and toilet. Both bedrooms have views across a small orchard to the swimming pool.

As well as the wood-burning stove in the lounge, the kitchen and bedrooms have electric heating, making Les Glycines an ideal place for a holiday any time of the year.
